Chef Relo, found his culinary passion at young age growing up through Ida Street, Nassau Bahamas. At the age of 16, he started his career as a prep-cook for Sea Front Sushi and learned the ways of traditional Japanese famous sushi cuisine style. It was not long before his talent was noticed and he decided to make the move to Sushi Rokan as a Sushi Chef. Relo as most of his friends would call him is a well known sushi chef and his creative style of sushi cuisines has made him a renown sushi chef in the Bahamas.

Chef Relo started Pwa Swan Sushi in July 2017 when he realized that he had a greater passion in creating his unique style sushi. With all of his knowledge and experience Chef Relo and his team has grown Pwa Swan Sushi into the best Sushi Restaurant in Nassau.
